TWO WRONGS (DON’T MAKE IT RIGHT)

She couldn’t have left me at a worse time

So I packed up my things and left it all behind

I got a U-Haul truck and what wouldn’t fit in

I left out on the curb for the garbage men

I didn’t change my phone number, leave a new address

If I couldn’t be found I though that’d be the best

‘Cause there’s one thing I’ve learned from the time that I’ve lost

When you know that it’sover it’s time to move on

So I’m gone, I’m moving on

‘Cause I’m not strong enough to stay and watch what’s left of me go

Crazy, ‘cause you know that’s what I’d be without you

Baby, now that I’ve seen the light

Maybe all the king’s horses and all the king’s men could

     Save me tonight

But I know two wrongs don’t make a right

I hit an ATM and got a little cash

And some fries and a Coke and a Big Mac

Need some comfort food for this heart attack

‘Cause she tried me on and put me back on the rack

Should have known this would happen ‘cause the deck was stacked

She was the queen of hearts I was a one-eyed Jack

We came from opposite sides of the tracks

But now it’s all over there’s no looking back

‘Cause she’s gone, so I’m moving on

‘Cause I’m not strong enough to stay and watch what’s left of me go –

Crazy, ‘cause you know that’s what I’d be without you

Baby, now that I’ve seen the light

Maybe all the king’s horses and all the king’s men could

     Save me tonight

But I know two wrongs don’t make a right

I’m leaving these old dreams behind me

And moving further down the road

I don’t know what I hope to find there

But I’m feeling better every mile I go

Crazy, ‘cause you know that’s what I’d be without you

Baby, now that I’ve seen the light

Maybe all the king’s horses and all the king’s men could

     Save me tonight

But I know two wrongs don’t make a right
